Watch out for the Hidden Fees on Used Cars! Thought we had a deal and then all of the sudden it was $1,500 more. In addition they wanted $299 for VIN etching that was already done during the original purchase. Went over to Ed Martin and they had none of those fees.
They pass you around and there’s no personalization. They bomb you with emails once you give them your email address. They make appointments fir you then they don’t know why your there. I drive up there twice in 8 months and they didn’t know why I was there.

They emailed me all week about a few cars, I took a Friday off work and Talked to them before I came in and they said the cars were still available. After driving a hour to them I am them told that is not the case, they sent one to “auction” and sold the others. They also wasted 3 hours of my time in the process. Got bait and switched twice here. Called to confirm a car was in stock, drove up an hour later, car had been sold 5 days prior!!! Ok well they have this other one, a year newer. They say no negotiation on internet prices (this is industry standard so no worries). But when we are looking the car is “certified” so the internet price is wrong and it will cost an additional $1500. Wish I could give this place negative 5 stars. They were not honest from the jump. I inquired about a trade in for a 2021 Nissan Rogue. I was in communication with this team from 7am up until I left the dealership. I told them what I wanted and the payment I needed. I did an credit application before I went into the dealership. I found a vehicle online(2018 NISSAN ROGUE SV) and called the dealership and talked to a representative(Kz)and made an appointment at 3:30 to look at a car.
