Warning!!! Appointments are required. Went there Wednesday 6/23/2021 without an appointment based on the web site information and was advised they were booked until Monday and would not be able to be seen today. Receptionist said they used to allow walk-ins but they would sometimes have to wait 5 hours. Beautiful facility.

I made an appointment weeks ago for 6 pm on a Monday night. Showed up 10 minutes early and called. They said they would be out shortly to grab my pups. 40 mins go by, and nothing. No one came out; no one called to say there was a delay. Finally I called; and asked how much longer i should plan on waiting. They said another 30 minutes!! They explained there was an emergency appointment, which I completely understand, but at least give us a heads up. They must be understaffed because the wait to get your actual dog inside for their appointment is anywhere from 20-30 minutes long. You're also almost always put on hold when you make a call to them.

We brought our new golden puppy here a year ago to start services. Overall the facility is beautiful as it was recently rebuilt/remodeled. The vets were nice as well. I didn't like that the wait times in the exam room were kinda long but I really didn't like that they took her to the back to do her vaccines. I feel like this makes their experience more frightful for them and left a lasting impression on her. I've never not had the vaccines done in the room with us present. I would not recommend this vet. Three things influence my recommendation. 1.) While taking a tour of the boarding facility there was pet urine all over the floor like the animals had not been walked. 2.) On two instances my appointment started 1 hrs late. 3.) They recommeneded a bad surgery that was unnecessary and charged me 1000. I am not satisfied with any of my services.

Worst experience ever. When I made the appt they failed to tell me what to do when I get there. Long story short. I couldn't find their number on their app. Got out of my car walked to the door found the phone number called. Told the girl I had an appt. I asked how long it would be. Told me the dr will call. Called me "honey". She had my first and last name. Repeated my phone number 3 times. Asked what kind of car I had, told her. Again I asked how long. So, drove 45 minutes to get here for a basic shot. Been waiting 30 minutes(not including time waiting on them to come out and get pet out of car). I call reception desk to ask if I can come in (with a mask on) and use restroom (45 minute ride home). I know the waiting area. I can go in and use restroom without getting within 20 ft of anyone. It's a single restroom. I am a customer with multiple pets. Their answer is to drive across the street and use Jewel Osco's restroom. I would let this go if I had not had problems w... read more

Awful service. Rude. Left me waiting outside with 4 animals for 20 minutes. I will not go back. I highly recommend the Welcome Waggin mobile vet or Arboretum View as alternatives.

Terrible. I made an appointment for 1 dog and 3 cats for 1pm. I called when I arrived a few minutes early and they told me they'd be out in 5 mins. 20 minutes later we were still outside in the cold. One girl had come out to tell me to back away from the door. I told her one of my cats had puked in her carrier - do you think she even brought me anything to clean up? Nope. So we left. I called to tell them I'd take my business elsewhere and was told they had the appointment date wrong. Still no excuse for ignoring us... read more
