I cannot begin to say enough good things about these people. They were very helpful and sympathetic when my cat suddenly passed away last year. They never make me feel like I call or email too much (because I know I do) and are always there to answer my questions. Great Vet Clinic. They always make time for you if you have an urgent issue with your pet. Very caring staff. Dr. Gus always greets the pets as if they were his own. Even when I had my 'man-hating' dog Toby, Dr Gus got right down on the floor with him and made friends. He is exceptional in the handling of the dogs. My current dog doesn't particularly like going to see the doctor, like most dogs. Been coming here for about 10 years with anywhere from 2 - 4 dogs. The staff is great. Always accommodating to make appointments with my crazy schedule. Never have to wait long to see Dr.

The staff at Downers Grove Animal Clinic are great! They have very reasonable hours so we never have to miss work to fit in an appointment. We have never waiting more than 10 minutes to see the vet. Dr. Gus is our favorite! He truly loves dogs and is always gentle and very thorough. Our 3 year old Wheaten Terrier was seriously ill with a horrible gastritis and Dr. Gus was a real lifesaver, getting us through a really bad time.
