Our family has been bringing our family dogs to the Downers Grove Animal clinic for 37 years. Most recently, my husband and I have been bringing our lab to see Dr. Gus for the past year - since she was 8 weeks old. We adore the staff here. They are all so sweet, kind, compassionate and understanding. They're always very reachable as well. Even when their office is closed they will check emails and respond in a very timely manner. We highly recommend this practice and give thanks we found it so many years ago. All three of our pets have had great experiences, which makes it much easier on the owners! The staff is professional, empathetic, efficient and caring. The relief that comes from knowing you and your animal are in great hands is priceless. (They also take the weird calls - "My son just found a pink baby squirrel in the middle of the road - it's still breathing." and "The Mailman... need I say more?"
Dr Gus has been there for me through the hardest times with my pets, his staff is fantastic! I cannot recommend this establishment more! Do I need to say more? No!
