Blatantly lied to. What happened my puppy got stung either by a bee and his muzzle swelled up with his eyes swollen shut. The vet gave him an injection of steroids, which reduced the swelling in his face and eyes, and told me to give him Benadryl. I did but he threw up the Benadryl within 5 minutes. Next, excessive itching started all over his body, & he was biting and scratching under his armpits, and running from room to room in the house, trying to find a place, whining the whole time, he was running like someone was ch... read more

I brought my dog in for a de-shedding. I was told we also needed rabies for the de-shedding, and was asked if I wanted to add on other vaccines he was due for. I verbally confirmed twice that I was only interested in rabies, and the office manager went so far as to say that the other vaccines are typically only needed for boarding/training. They gave, and charged me for, annual distemper, intranasal bordatella, canine influenza, heartworm/tick blood test, and intestinal parasite screening (they didn't even get the fecal ... read more

I really hate writing bad reviews but I know when it comes to our pets care we all want the best. I brought my new puppy in to get her first round of shots (in my care) at this vet. I was very underwhelmed with the lack of care / information I received during the visit. I felt like I was just another puppy they were going to make hundreds of dollars off of. During the visit I was told what shots she would receive with out any explanation of what they were. They took her back to give the shots and came back and told me I was ... read more

This place does not care about your animals. You call them and they tell you "oh well take them to an emergency vet we have no open appointments" after we have been long time customers/patients. They care about the all mighty dollar. My dog was in there two days ago for pancreatic issues and what they did, did not solve it. We called back to get our dog into an appointment for today Saturday 9/4 and again said we must use and emergency vet because "we have no open appointments" do not use them they will waste your time and ... read more

Tried bringing my dogs in for grooming, was told they needed to be up to date on all vaccines which is fine but I asked to waive the flu vaccine and they said that was fine by phone. Upon arrival I'm told that they need it or they can't be groomed at all, and it's $41 per dog. This is unacceptable as 1 booster does not grant immunity, you need two flu boosters for their first round and the fact that you're trying to push this is ridiculous

Warning!!! Appointments are required. Went there Wednesday 6/23/2021 without an appointment based on the web site information and was advised they were booked until Monday and would not be able to be seen today. Receptionist said they used to allow walk-ins but they would sometimes have to wait 5 hours. Beautiful facility.

I made an appointment weeks ago for 6 pm on a Monday night. Showed up 10 minutes early and called. They said they would be out shortly to grab my pups. 40 mins go by, and nothing. No one came out; no one called to say there was a delay. Finally I called; and asked how much longer i should plan on waiting. They said another 30 minutes!! They explained there was an emergency appointment, which I completely understand, but at least give us a heads up. Once the exams were completed, they brought the pups back out and forgot all ... read more

They must be understaffed because the wait to get your actual dog inside for their appointment is anywhere from 20-30 minutes long. You're also almost always put on hold when you make a call to them.

We brought our new golden puppy here a year ago to start services. Overall the facility is beautiful as it was recently rebuilt/remodeled. The vets were nice as well. I didn't like that the wait times in the exam room were kinda long but I really didn't like that they took her to the back to do her vaccines. I feel like this makes their experience more frightful for them and left a lasting impression on her. I've never not had the vaccines done in the room with us present. Covid times: they have not allowed the owners in wi... read more
