From my initial phone call in,the whole staff on hand was superb! They checked in on me ( I was a wreck ) as much as they would a furry patient! They moved very quickly with our Pug! Dr True, I cannot praise enough! Very precise in explaining so I may understand, his caring was phenomenal! Thank you all very,very much! God bless the wonderful people in this world!
My dog and I love ACC! And we should know a good vet when we see one since we go A LOT. My dog has multiple chronic health issues that ACC helps us manage and they have never been anything but kind, courteous, and respectful. Yeah, yeah, like some of the other reviews said, you might get put on hold or you might have to wait a little bit to be seen- but let's be real, what doctors office DOESNT have those problems, let alone a vet? Took my puggle to them as a walk in as my old vet wouldn't allow my daughter to come in the office. They where very quick to take care of us, updated vaccinations an exam and her nails trimmed all less then an hour after walking in.
This was our first visit and I was very pleased with the vet and the front office staff. They were all very kind and answered all of my questions. Their wellness plan is reasonably priced, too.
Just started taking my two dogs here and they have been really great! Both of my dogs needed their Lyme shot again and they both had an allergic reaction. They saw them the next day, even though they were booked and took care of them so fast. The reaction went away within hours. When they needed the 2nd booster of Lyme they kept them a bit longer just to make sure they were ok and treated them for a reaction before it could happen. Really knowledgeable and trustworthy staff.
After recently moving to the area, I have begun bringing my cocker spaniel to Dr. True. Dr. True is extremely kind, attentive, and thorough. Not only are the offices extremely clean, but they staff are also quite accommodating. The male staff at the front desk are a little soft spoken, but overall they are still pleasant. I look forward to future visits.
Long overdue appreciation post. Can't say enough good things about the friendly and empathetic staff, huge/clean facility with lots of natural light, and great doctors. I've taken my dogs here for appointments, baths, daycare, and training. Two summers ago, I took my dog here when she was diagnosed with bone cancer and nearing the end. We take our mini labradoodle here for his regular grooming and Mel does a fabulous job! She has such a great way with our furbaby. Once when our pup had pink eye on Sunday this was the only place open which was nice. They took him in right away. Great care all around.
Took my cat here saturday for his first groom since his original vet no longer grooms cats. He looks so handsome and was so well behaved for the groomer! Everyone was so nice this location will now be our regular vet office
