Took my cat here saturday for his first groom since his original vet no longer grooms cats. He looks so handsome and was so well behaved for the groomer! Everyone was so nice this location will now be our regular vet office
Animal Care Center of Downers Grove has taken wonderful care of our dog! The doctors are kind and loving. They always fit us in and go out of the way to help.
I just adopted a very young blue heeler and German shepherd mix. When we got her she was covered in fleas and had worms. My little pup is doing so well because of the amazing team they have! All the doctors I have met genuinely care about these animals. The facility is gorgeous! And my dog actually enjoys going to the vet! Special thanks to Cheri for recommending their very affordable care plan! Thank you for not being a typical money hungry vet! We love this place and can't express how awesome they are with our pup!

We just moved to Illinois on Saturday, drove from Colorado with our two dogs. Our golden retriever had surgery the day before our move and when we got to Illinois, he didn't seem to be himself. Animal care center of Downers Grove was 5 minutes from closing when I called them to see if they could squeeze my dog in for an appointment, we were worried he had a fever and his heavy panting was something serious. Really comforting and caring staff. The Dr. and his workers truly have a passion and love for animals.
Our family has been coming here since the 1980's, now that I have my own dog, I decided to return to the same clinic. Dr. True was beyond amazing. He has been so good with my dog Maverick. He is very kind, gentle and a great listener. He gets down low on the floor with him, which I think is above and beyond. Take your pet to see him! It will be the best decision that you ever make for your pet!
Friendly staff, caring/thorough/friendly vet, so what else is needed?! Good hours and they're obviously good as they're building a new building next to the current location.
The clinic is somewhat pricey and a little disorganized given that I went in for the first time and they serviced my puppy with grooming and all of his shots before discussing any pricing with me. There was also some miscommunication between the doctor and the groomer that caused a bit of a hiccup, however, I still gave them 4 stars because they responded to each of the situations extremely apologetic and accommodating. The customer service is excellent which is extremely important to me as a consumer.
