I can not express how much I appreciate all of the employees that we met while our dog, Tyson was a patient. Sadly, we had to make the hard decision to let him go and every single person that we came in contact with was so kind and understanding of our situation. They even let us bring our other dog in to say good bye to her brother. Tyson received the best care possible. Thank you Animal Emergency Hospital for doing everything you could possibly do for our sweet boy and treating him like the little prince that he was. ❤️

I cannot say enough good things about AEH! My sweet kitty Milo was admitted Saturday night with a Urinary Tract Obstruction and this kitty momma was a mess! AEH took every phone call,(which was a lot) answered all my questions, handled all my tears and loved on our sweet boy the entire time he was in there! Although Milo wasn’t home he felt like he was at home with all the love and belly rubs they gave him! Our five month old miniature Australian Shepherd ate over half of his ball. Since we didn’t notice until 10:30pm, our veterinarian recommended Animal Emergency Hospital on Plainfield in Grand Rapids. This was the best decision ever! They were so kind and loving towards our puppy. They kept us updated on his treatment and monitoring. I have been so impressed with the staff and how well they are handling the stress of a busy day. Everything is organized and streamlined to get pets seen as soon as possible. I think I asked a hundred questions (sometimes twice) and was treated with patience and grace. We have visited in the past with our cats and there was no hesitation when I needed to take our dog today.
