Everyone I have been in contact with here has been amazing! From the tech who comforted me when I checked in my cat to Dr. Westerhof calling me through the day with updates. Definitely helps knowing you are dropping off your sick baby with people who truly care.

The most amazing, personable emergency hospital ever! I’ve never had to deal with an injury this severe before and meeting this team for the first time, I knew we were in the right place! Saved my girl for sure!

I actually cannot say enough good things about this hospital or it’s staff!! This was my first ever emergency with my dog and I am so thankful I brought her here. They were attentive, transparent, and so kind with my sweet girl. I am beyond thankful for everyone that was there tonight when I brought her in. From the time I got there and beyond everyone has been so wonderful. I had to bring my dog in late on a Saturday night because she could hardly move. They told me to go home and they would contact me when they found out what was wrong. They kept in touch with me all thru the night and listened to my concerns and worries. They checked everything I asked them to and found the issue which was nothing I suspected. Thank you to Dr. Frances & her team for taking great care of Apollo last week during his stay at the Animal Emergency Hospital. I appreciate the high quality medical care he received while there and the great communication from the doctors and team while he was with you. Apollo is recovering well at home, and we are very thankful that he did not end up needing surgery for his obstruction. Thanks for taking great care of him while he was in your care.
