RecommendedStaff was kind, courteous and explained what was going on with our dog. They took great care of her in an emergency situation ( consumed rat poison).

We recently visited for our first time last week when our dog had a stroke. Not only were they the only place able to get us in at midnight but they were actually very quick about it. The staff there is amazing, very caring and professional about everything. They provided a private room for us a few different times so we could visit while our girl stayed for a couple days and always told us to take as much time as we needed, never once did we feel rushed. I can not express how much I appreciate all of the employees that we met while our dog, Tyson was a patient. Sadly, we had to make the hard decision to let him go and every single person that we came in contact with was so kind and understanding of our situation. They even let us bring our other dog in to say good bye to her brother. Tyson received the best care possible. Thank you Animal Emergency Hospital for doing everything you could possibly do for our sweet boy and treating him like the little prince that he was. ❤️

I cannot say enough good things about AEH! My sweet kitty Milo was admitted Saturday night with a Urinary Tract Obstruction and this kitty momma was a mess! AEH took every phone call,(which was a lot) answered all my questions, handled all my tears and loved on our sweet boy the entire time he was in there! Although Milo wasn’t home he felt like he was at home with all the love and belly rubs they gave him!
