My dog was bitten by another dog on Sunday night. You made a very hard situation easy on a very upset dog mom. Everyone I spoke to at you clinic was so sweet and understanding. Thank you for taking such good care of Lucy.
Showed up unannounced and they got Bella in right away.
The care and compassion shown by the staff at AEH was wonderful. The vet quickly assessed my dog's post-op complications and sent us home with the needed medications. My only complaint was the 7 hour wait to be seen. It was a busy Sunday and there are only 2 animal emergency hospitals in the GR area. That being said, I was able to wait at home so it wasn't horrible.
Adalaide is finally starting to open her eye. Just a little cranky from the cone though.

I brought my dog Apollo in after he suddenly developed a very deep, heavy cough one morning. He started having more frequent and severe coughing fits overnight that night. We took our pup to AEH last night after months of misdiagnosis at our normal vet. Dr Rowland was able to accurately diagnose our pups problem and now we have a plan for treatment moving forward. They are very busy but after our experience there last night, I can see why. They were fantastic!
They were so great when both of my chihuahuas were sick.
