Our five month old miniature Australian Shepherd ate over half of his ball. Since we didn’t notice until 10:30pm, our veterinarian recommended Animal Emergency Hospital on Plainfield in Grand Rapids. This was the best decision ever! They were so kind and loving towards our puppy. They kept us updated on his treatment and monitoring. I have been so impressed with the staff and how well they are handling the stress of a busy day. Everything is organized and streamlined to get pets seen as soon as possible. I think I asked a hundred questions (sometimes twice) and was treated with patience and grace. We have visited in the past with our cats and there was no hesitation when I needed to take our dog today.

I can not thank the staff here enough for how informative they were through every step of the way. Everyone I had spoken with was extremely caring,calm,and friendly. I have never received better customer service. Your staff is amazing and truly shows how much they love the animals they care for and how much they love their jobs. Took our Bailey on a Friday night when her bleeding wouldnt stop. The staff got back to us in a reasonable amount of time with the preliminaries and then with a prognosis. Appreciated the honesty of the vet when she told us that if it was her pet she would make the decision to let her go to the "rainbow bridge". Could have let us spend the $ and given us false promises.
