RecommendedI had to bring my dog in late on a Saturday night because she could hardly move. They told me to go home and they would contact me when they found out what was wrong. They kept in touch with me all thru the night and listened to my concerns and worries. They checked everything I asked them to and found the issue which was nothing I suspected. We had a great experience with Animal Emergency Hospital. Our dog had to be hospitalized overnight. They provided an update that evening and again the next morning. Both days they were super busy with many clients yet each time I called they were upbeat and professional. Will not hesitate to use them again! 😊

One of our guinea pigs, 3 year old Pumpkin, had a sudden paralysis on her back legs this past Friday 😭. We took her to Animal Emergency Hospital in Grand Rapids on Sunday (since our vet was not open that day) and Pumpkin was treated by Dr. Lisa Reznik. On what was one of the busiest days for them over Memorial Day weekend, they got my 6 mo old puppy in, diagnosed, and discharged in 6 hours. Everyone was so kind and caring and Dr. Reznick took time to call me herself. They even had a second to tell me how cute and what a good boy our fur baby had been! Thank you AEH!
