Get directionsLong story short.... I needed to take my dog to see a vet ASAP. It was 9:00 on a Monday night and I knew it was going to be very very expensive and probably a horrible and stressful experience. Animal Emergency Hospital (off Cottonwood) was great. They got me back within 10 minutes of walking in. Everyone was so nice, knowledgeable and reassuring. The best part... the bill. How often can you say that! The price was more than reasonable. I was prepared to pay 3-4x what I did. Thank you thank you!
DO NOT GO HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!!!!! My dog had some torn sutures and our primary vet was out of town . So I made the mistake of going here because it was 11pm. They bandaged up the wound, kept her overnight, gave her some antibiotics, and charged me $2100 and sent us home. The bandage fell off 2 hours later so I went back to get it fixed. They left me in a room for over two hours and I eventually left with to find another vet who might take accountability for terrible service that charges criminal amounts of m... read more

quoted 1700 for an ultrasound and sedation for a urine test plus $170 for the exam. this place is an absolute joke!
If you love your animal, go elsewhere. I am heartbroken that I no longer have my dog and I can't help but wonder if I brought him elsewhere if he would still be alive. That's a horrible thing to live with. ALL they care about is money, they will shove estimates in your face to initial every time they enter the room... I had one shoved in my face minutes before I had to put my dog to sleep. Absolutely disgusting. They neglected to give my dog treatment while he was in his care and he declined. I paid them $12,000 just to ... read more
I'm really disappointed in the service we received for my dog at this location. After a healing laceration, our dog went wild licking the area causing a hot spot that was infected and "angry" per the vet. the doctor was knowledgeable and helpful. We were instructed to have the bandages changed two days after the initial bandage was applied. That was when we learned that whomever bandages the tail, did not use non-stick gauze, and reopened the wounds while embedded gauze had to be pulled from the wound. This made the wound te... read more
No empathy for you or your pet. Focus is on money. Although my pup was in emergency, they withheld treatment until I paid $1000, then a brazen office gal came in and wanted $8000 more immediately. You don't want this experience.

This place is all about money and operate undercover that they actually want to help your pet. Lies. They just want whatever cash they can get out of you. They saw my dog less than 2 months ago for a bacterial infection and gave her meds, the meds worked but she broke out again. Called and they said they would give the meds, and when we showed up to get them, they wouldn't give them to me without seeing her again. God forbid this place forego the fee for seeing the dog and just skip to providing the meds. Vet prices are abso... read more

I would give 5 starts for the surgeon, Dr. McDevitt. She was kind, thoughtful and compassionate when working with us and our pup. The rest of the staff 0 stars. We came in as an emergency (2pm) because our pup was bleeding a bit from the mouth (and had been suffering from this nasty virus going around making her cough). We had a 2 hour wait, which was fine. They had us enter in the side because of the cough and go into the special "cough room." Lexi bled while she was in there and we cleaned it up as best as possible but som... read more
Not impressed. They were quick to rush me and my very sick large breed dog out the door. Got the impression they would rather work on the toy dog breeds. Much easier work for the money I guess.
