I took my pets twice to this place. Didn't really like the place. It's small and so the waiting area often gets overcrowded. The facility is also not as clean as other vet clinics I've seen. Also, the service is not as good. It seems to be a bit cheaper too, though. One vet we saw was really nice, but the other time, another vet was really not friendly. The receptionist is also not too responsive.. Until 5pm or so, they only have walk-ins.
They almost killed our dog and didn't take accountability. They didn't provide saline when we told them our 3 year dog was extremely lethargic , barely walking , vomiting , diarrhea and not eating or drinking for days . We told them that her brother in same litter was just diagnosed with Addisons disease at ER, and we highly suspected she had same thing since they had same symptoms ! We thought she was in good care since our family has been going there for 30 years and it was our family vet . She was in way worse condition w... read more
I took my young animal into the clinic for a routine procedure and never saw my animal alive again. The necropsy showed that the animal had no underlying health issues. I believe a mistake was made by the clinic. I see a lot of poor reviews and loss of life with this clinic. This is concerning.
Business response:
Diane, we know how difficult it is to lose a loved one. We aim to ensure any surgical procedure is as safe as it can be, we utilize all safety methods, and surgical monitoring available to ensure a successful outcome. We will continue to support you in any way we can.
An update to my previous review. The establishment did call to apologize and offer a complimentary exam. I won't be taking them up on that as I moved my pets care to another Doctor as I told them I would be doing. But I did want to acknowledge that they did reach out as they indicated that they would.
Business response:
Mr Bryant, I am saddened by your experience, as we always want our customers to feel valued. While we have policies to protect patients, we never want them to impede patients from getting care or customers from having a positive experience. We will address this with the team to ensure this does not happen again, and we would like to offer a complimentary exam and will reach out offline tomorrow to discuss your visit in more detail.
I will add to the many one star reviews here. Made an appointment to get my cat's nails trimmed on Christmas Eve. When making the appointment I told the person that I had recently received a notification that she was due for an exam and , if possible, I would like to get her nails trimmed this week then make an appointment for an exam after new years when I had more time. I was told, and this is a direct quote, "sounds like a plan." When I arrived for the appointment I was told "we have her scheduled for a complete exam". I ... read more

They are completely inhuman and anti-animal. They try to use kind words, but deep down they are cruel. They scheduled a yearly vaccination for my dog, but when I arrived, they tried to steal my money. They told me I had to pay an exam fee too, bringing the total to over $280. I told them I only needed the vaccination and that my dog is perfectly healthy. Then I asked if this was a legal requirement in Washington State, and they admitted it was just their clinic policy. At every cost, try no to visit this clinic. I had to bri... read more

We understand all you want is the best for your pets, and never want anyone to leave with a negative experience. We always want to ensure we provide the best care to our patients which is why need to have established care prior to vaccines. Which means we have seen the pet sometime in the last twelve months to ensure patient is healthy, we have established the best recommendations for what vaccines might be needed, and discussed any risks. We never want anyone to feel they did not know what to expect prior to the visit which... read more
I am giving two stars instead of one because I never got to visit the office. I was a returning customer since 2016 after my cats had died in 2017. I booked an appointment over the phone and was never told of the no show fee o f$83.70. I texted the office (they take texts now) because due to work I was running late. I asked if they could still see him, my husband was close, and he could make it 10 minutes late. I never got a reply, only the bill. As it is, they lost my good will as I will not refer anyone there and they... read more

We take your feedback seriously and always do our best to accommodate all our patients. We typically offer to reschedule and always waive the first no-show fee. The first appointment you missed your fee was waived. We also were able to reschedule for the following day. When you were running late the following day, we offered a later time, 30 min after your original appointment. We offer the ability to cancel the same day up to two hours before your appointment, as we understand things can change. When we hold a slot and cann... read more
The original review I sent was removed, so I thought I'd send one more to the point. I took my two dogs in for a dental cleaning, and left with only one dog. During this simple procedure they made a mistake which resulted in her death. They tried to say many things - "she was old" (9 years and in the best health of her life), "she had an underlying health condition" (which from my experience with liver health would have shown up in her blood work, which they had to do twice). You get the picture. DONT TAKE YOUR PETS HER... read more

We understand that grieving and the unexpected loss of a pet is hard. This is why we are always trying to ensure we do everything we can to provide the best medicine possible and do right by our patients and clients. We repeated bloodwork at no charge to ensure we had sufficient diagnostics prior to the procedure and as always documented every aspect of the visit. This procedure was not routine, with the patient having complications and needing lifesaving measures during the induction process. With this being such an unexpec... read more
Killed my parents dog during a routine procedure. Also another vet at this practice killed one of our dogs years ago. Gave them a pass and chose a different vet at this practice. But now this. Don't recommend using them
Business response:
We are so very sorry for your loss and know all too well how heartbreaking it is to lose a beloved pet. Procedures are not without their risks and while we take added measures such as diagnostics, supportive care and monitoring to reduce them, issues can still arise, especially in older pets. We will continue to work with you directly in our goal to provide information and support. Please know you and your family are in our thoughts.
