Killed my parents dog during a routine procedure. Also another vet at this practice killed one of our dogs years ago. Gave them a pass and chose a different vet at this practice. But now this. Don't recommend using them

I was a long time customer of this spot, and at one time would highly recommend them. Unfortunately that time has passed. Most to all of the good folks left this place, following Dr. Thomazen to Salish Vet in Snoqualamie. Unfortunately you are now just a number. We tried to communicate our disappointment with their team, and instead of seeking resolution, they stated, "Let me know if you need our help transferring your pet's records to another clinic." Very disappointed with our two recent visits. Lack of empathy, attention to detail, and professionalism on all counts. We've been coming here for years and will be moving our "pack" elsewhere for the safety of our dogs and our own sanity. The clinic was wonderful for years but has changed which is why I'm writing a review after having referred so many people here in the past. *Editing to add they have never reached out offline as stated in their reply * that's simply a false and hollow statement

The prescriptions I have been ordering through Newport hills vet the past 5 years are now all of a sudden being denied. Vet still refuses to share with me the prescription for my cat they wrote that should be a life time prescription for my pet. I've asked for it multiple times since they've written it all those years ago. They refused to share it with me so I could order them else where. Want to give a negative star. The worst vet ever. They are all good at lying and there is no professional vet at all.

DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE. ‼Before the incident I had always brought my animals here for basic things like nail trims or shots. So when my dog was pregnant and needed a C-section, I chose to bring them to the vet that me and my family have been coming to for years. BIG MISTAKE. They ended up giving too much anesthesia to my dog, which ended up killing her. My dog was not ready to come home and they told me to come get her. 0/5 stars: Do not recommend. First: There is so much disorganization with money and payments. If you're not on top of making sure you've paid your bill, prepare to deal with collection agencies and literally saying to the staff, "someone please take my money!!" each time you try and pay. Second: An older blonde lady vet (don't know her name because she walked into the room and never introduced herself and never came back), 100% over treats pets for money. My puppy had his first appointment with this hospital and they sold us on the puppy plan. We were promised that if we wanted to bring him in 6 days a week if we could do so, so we paid for the whole plan upfront. They gave him medication to take two days after the appointment and told us to monitor any side effects. He started becoming sick and when we tried to make an appointment they were full and extremely unhelpful.
