Dr H was on time her office staff was prompt as well. She was affable and informative. She seemed confident, caring and compassionate.

Dr. Hanneken is the best you can get on the West Coast. No, sometimes you won't get in within 5 minutes, sometimes, she is teaching, researching or taking care of patients at the hospital. HER STAFF IS VERY WELL ORGANIZED AND WELL TRAINED, VERY EFFECIENT AND YET FRIENDLY, THE OFFICE IS IMMACUATE AND THE MEDICAL EQUIPMENT IS UP TO DATE AND EFFECTIVE. DR. HANNEKEN IS VERY EFFECIENT AND PRECISE.
