Great staff, nice office and Dr. Hanneken is Tops! 2nd to none.
Last year I had retina detachment in 3 spots and was on day 4 of it detaching when I finally found Dr. Henneker. She saw me right away and fit me in for surgery the next day and saved my eyesight in my left eye! So grateful!
Dr Hanneken is extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk with. She explains things completely and is always open for questions. I have been seeing her for a few years and appreciate her professionalism and knowledge. Her staff is also very professional and quick to answer any issues. I wish I did not have to see her for my eye issues but feel very lucky to have found her.
My cataract surgeon referred me to Dr Hanneken prior to surgery Her office is well staffed with personable well trained technicians, clean modern equipment. The doctors knowledge, expertise, advice for healthy eyes and caring attitude was very refreshing
From the Front Desk to the exam, Dr. Hanneken and her team handled everything like competent professionals and it feels good to know that solid working medicine still exist in our world
Dr. Hanneken is thorough and professional. While the time required for a complete annual exam is rather long, knowing that I am being followed with the latest of equipment and an experienced team is comforting.
Dr Hanneken made room for my husband to be seen today. She examined his eyes and did tests as my husband had sudden vision loss and was very scared. Finding an ocular stroke she presented a positive view and broke the bad news that this vision loss was permanent but that he was lucky he didn’t lose all of his vision and he will adapt. It was a shock but her caring and presentation helped make him feel more comfortable.
The office staff are very good at explaining the process of the testing and that process is very efficient. Then Dr Hanneken explains the results in a way that is very understandable and shows you the results of the tests while explaining those results in an understandable way. Welcomes questions and thorough at answering them.
I have been to Dr.Hanneken for 5 years just after Covid epidemic. She is very knowledgeable. When I had a problem 5 years ago, even though it could have been a serious situation, her voice was comforting. Gradually my problem was better and now normal, thanks to her excellent treatment. Her Ocular Technicians and office staff are very courteous and efficient . I am sure her knowledge and dealing with personnel in a private office, is a successful practice.
