DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT do business with this company. Please by all means do not get a contract with this company!! First off, whatever they are using to spray does not work. I've had them for 4 months now and haven't seen one difference! They would show up, never knock and then say they already serviced the house. I would literally have to wait by the door to make sure I catch them before they just spray my front door and leave. Called to cancel, and guess what, of course they charge a $270 fee for cancelling. Is there a "no star" option? Pretty sure this is one of the most unreliable and dense services. The sales man who sold me on this fed me a whole lot of BS that in reality... isn't anywhere near what they offer. Just got off the phone and to break my contract... they want more money. Well, let's talk about the "six" services myself and my four neighbors have gotten. There's no contact day of of service. There isn't any "full" service UNLESS you request it. At first, had no problems. And then, had a tech come out and he all of a sudden left without a word. Called the tech and he said he went to get some traps from the store. Not to mention, I asked him to take my payment before he left but he said no, I was good. I feel he should've taken the payment instead of acting as if the payment was good now I have to pay the price when it's clearly his fault. I don't like that at all!! I'm used to making my payment then. I didn't ask for a handout or favor. That's not on me!!!!!

9.10.23 Update...Its been almost a year, and i was really afraid ppl would call me crazy but at this point i honestly dont care. I have caught severl of them around late nigh5 with containers one dropped them on himself, got em on video. A group of us saw them on bikes with a green wagon. And most recently they, i assume, used a drone because it hit my window. They have caused me a few trips to the ER because they sprayed pharamones through my window and i was inside my room and became unable to breath. These people have att... read more

Horrible company. My last pest control company I had no problems with birds. Then I switched to Anthem they never give a time theyre coming. You literally have to tell them what you paid for other wise they will spray that watered down ass bug spray. I specifically asked that my outdoor ceilings be cleaned of webs and my traps changed, every TIME. When they came to my door, I was told that there was no contract. But I'm unhappy with the service and I called them. They tell me I'm on a contract and it will cost 200+ to cancel. After six months, I shouldn't be seeing spiders and wasps and fleas and mosquitoes and flies...... I can't even walk out my front door without getting bit up by mosquitoes!!! Awful. A boy knocked at the door and insisted on us switching to his company. He claimed that my entire neighboorhood had already switched, which is not true. After I declined, he refused to leave the property and insisted on coming back. It's just wrong.
