I ordered from Encompass without looking here first, there was a link on the ** page, after reading this thread I got nervous about my $270 part arriving late and worried it would be the wrong part. I have to say, my experience with Encompass went surprisingly well. I quickly got a live phone operator, they helped me locate the model number quickly ( i had the serial number ) they quickly found the part I needed (a sump assembly for a dishwasher) I said I needed it ASAP and they searched a nationwide data bank to find the ne... read more

I was a bit skeptical about Encompass after looking at BBB reviews, but gave it a chance since that is the only place where I could buy what I wanted. Item was delivered within couple of days via ****** Also, once I made the purchase, it was shown as out of stock. I.e. there was only one item available and "in stock" label is not fake. So Happy with the service all around.As for the item, it was a replacement part for a **** headphone that is about 10yrs old. Glad that I didn't have to send it to the landfill yet.

After looking at the BBB reviews and rating, I was apprehensive about placing an order with Encompass. But since they were the only parts supplier I could find for the Avanti brand, I decided to roll the dice. I am happy to report that I am 100% satisfied and very happy with my purchase. I ordered the two k**** on Wednesday morning and received them Friday night.
