I ordered a gasket for my Gladiator refrigerator door and they said it was in stock. They did not have it and sent me a totally different one that was a total waste of time and hassle. Buyer beware!************

Buyer beware! They make it impossible to return items.I purchased a remote control through samsungparts.com, which I assume is affiliated with Encompass. The remote I received was not as advertised, so I followed the instructions on my order and sent an email to the help desk. Then a second email. No response. Finally, 5 weeks later I sent a third email and they gave me a phone number to call. I've been on the line for 25 minutes waiting for a person to help.

Call them up to order a part for My air conditioner they sent me the wrong part took over five weeks to get here called up to get the right part sent to me. They keep telling me that they did send the right part but its not took me four times to call each time 30 minutes on hold and then it gets hung up on me do not ever buy stuff from these guys cause youll never get the right part parts for that you need

I ordered a part from this organization late March 2023. It came as expected. I hired an electrician for my stove that said I didnt need the radiant heater for my ******* stove. Electrician ordered the part for the back of the stove and it was fixed. I called the organizations RMA number to get a retrieval code for sending back part. Sent the part back last Tuesday. I get an email citing the part is damage and they cannot issue a refund for a part that wasn't used?!? They never provided any proof it was damage with a photo o... read more

Honestly, I came to this company with an open mind and wallet looking for a mainboard for my TCL **. I was told by TCL that this company was their only certified parts provider, yet the ** mainboard wasn't there. I gave all the details and pictures to encompass and they sent me a link. I purchased the exact mainboard from the link, and it arrived only 2 days later, but the part wasn't correct. So, I asked for a refund and the shipping details were processed and I sent it back. They sent the part I ordered. A month later the part failed. I called Encompass and I was told they don't guarantee the part they just sell them. I would have to call the manufacturer and talk to them. Some company that doesn't guarantee what they sell. Yet on the invoice it says a return receipt must be approved for returns. I bet they don't issue any of them. I won't order from them again.

They did not send the part that i ordered. I ordered A hose, they sent a computer board. And now Im having to jump through hoops to get the proper item. I do not and will never recommend this company. They are breaking FTC laws and refuse to recognize it.

Inferior customer service on lost packages. Called them to let them know I didn't receive my package, even though carrier claimed it was delivered. 5 days later received email from Encompass stating that per their policy they are not responsible for packages once carrier verifies delivered so they are unable to make a claim. So I called the carrier and they informed me that I can not make the claim and the seller is responsible for making the claim and gave me an investigation number to give them. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! This company is 100% a scam. My husband and I placed an order on 10/26/22 for a part. Their website stated that it was in stock and would ship the following business day. Then after the order was placed, it updated to being back ordered with no clue as to when it would process. They state you can cancel an order before it processes, however when I try to do so, their website says our order belongs to another customer and cannot be canceled.
