I got a replacement USB port and power button board for a Lenovo Yoga 920 from Encompass a few weeks ago, and it has been working great! the part was less than $20, when it was listed for ~$50-$80 everywhere else I looked. I can not speak to their customer service, because I did not have to deal with them at all. I had to take the laptop apart to get the part number for the board, but after I had that, it was pretty straight forward ordering it through Encompass. Part was shipped quickly and arrived sooner than I expected, but man, do they overdo it on the shipping and packaging. I ordered one ear bud for my headphones, a $2-something part, and shipping was $5. It arrived in an envelope 50x its size. A waste of paper, of money, and for the environment. It could have been shipped to me in a standard envelope for $0.50.

Encompass ships out thousands of packages a day with small parts under a pound like earbuds processed through a high-speed packing system. The system packs all parts uniformly with protective materials. While certain small parts may not need as much packaging, we avoid manual intervention, which slows the shipping process and can lead to even higher costs. We encourage all customers to recycle their packing materials.

Didn't send full order and wants to charge me to send me what is missing! S**** this company, buy your stuff elsewhere. And the customer service is a complete jome!

I ordered for 3 day delivery. Paid extra for this. On the last day of time frame it should have arrived I saw it hadn't even been shipped. I got told by the chat service that the online page showed they had the part but they were out of stock in the warehouse and they didn't have an eta or know time frame. I'm now waiting for a refund. They tried saying they only charge when they ship but the money was removed from my credit card. I cannot stand this lack of upholding honest business.

It had to be ordered from *** We only processed a pre-approval on the customer's credit card at the time of order. Her order was canceled as requested on 1/14/24 and the funds will be released from the pre-approval in 1 to 5 days depending on the card used. The customer's CC was never charged and the funds will soon be released from the pending status shown by her card.</p><p></p>

I had a bad experience with this company, I made two orders for electrical spare parts for a Midea refrigerator, a surge protector and a control board, and I didnt need the spare parts, I didnt even open the box. I wanted to return the order, but support says that electronic items are not accepted for return. This is not written anywhere, I would not work with them if they do not accept returns, it is generally legal to refuse to return unused spare parts. Encompass is at best a subpar parts company. I call on January 9, **** to order a part for my stove. The part was located and I asked them to confirm they actually have the part in stock. I was assured it was in stock and they would overnight it to me for an additional charge. I agreed. After taking my credit card number I was put on hold for 43 minutes. They never came back in the line and the transaction did not happen. I went to their website and the part is listed as back ordered. Terrible service.

Terrible support. Ordered in November with NO indication or notification my part was on backorder. Showed IN STOCK on the site and continued to for the weeks I had to wait with little to no response from customer support. No explanation other than blaming the supplier. False advertisement, it's not "in stock and ready to ship 3-5 days" if you do not have the part.

Our recorders indicate that the door ordered on 11/13/23 was not listed as in stock on our site. We apologize for the confusion and the customers card was not billed until this order shipped on 12/5/23 and shows delivered on 12/6/23.

Stay away!! Ordered a replacement k*** for an ****** range. From the description I thought I was ordering an OEM part. Received and knockoff part. The finish and markings didn't match the other k**** or range and the k*** didn't even fit the stem on the stove. I am trying to return it now. Apparently I have to pay for return shipping (on top of the ***** dollars I had to pay to receive the wrong part).

Spoke with *************************** this morning to order a part. She was wonderful! We previously ordered this part through ***** Parts Direct. The customer service was horrible, they can't deliver when they say they can. We have always had good luck with Encompass, my husband has used them for years, back to when they were Tritronics. Thank you for the great service ********!
