I am very unhappy with Encompass... Order does not include shipping rates so I am forced to order blindly to that charge. I made 1 order with several parts and they charged me 4 separate shipping rates. Unacceptable. How do I give a customer a quote if I don't know the shipping costs? I lost money on this job. I will not be using Encompass in the future.

I purchased a part for my ******* Dishwasher and it arrived in a week. When I pulled the part out of the box it was broken. I called the company and they said someone would contact me the next day about a replacement part. pricing not listed currectly even when you go through Samsungparts.com. trying to replace my lcd panel that's $453.67 that includes the core charge. before tax. after all the tax and shipping it cost $495.76 all together. there billing Department billing my card $560.55. call all the numbers and none of them don't know what's going on at all. or they lay and say they don't even carry my part I need at all. even letting a part cancel they still charged me $150 to cancel the order when nothing was shipped. redoing the order a ... read more

Misleading online purchasing. When you go to the cart, you are presented with a charge for the item only and you need to confirm the purchase before seeing/realizing additional taxes/shipping charges. You get an initial email stating the order confirmation showing the item price and only receive hours later a second shipping confirmation that shows the entire price. Girlfriend has a Hisense 55H8G. After 2 years, the mainboard NAND chip failed like all of then seem to do. Out of storage error. Lame. I installed a new board from Encompass, (newer part ******) and happily watching snowboard vids on it before I go to bed. Success. If we get another 2 years out if it we will be happy. Do not use. They send you an item not as advertised and make it so you can't contact them. Phone doesn't work. Chat support doesn't work. It's just a scam
On 8/17/23 I made a purchase of $275.42 only to be charged an additional $275.42 and I have spoken to several encompass staff on the issue of being charged $275.42 twice and due to the second charge my account incurred 3 overdraft fees in the amount *****,*****, and ***** to total ******. BEWARE!!!!!!!! as an individual, not a dealer, I ordered TWO (2) replacement headphone earpads on line AT THE SAME TIME. NOTHING, including no confirmatiion number, was reflected in the online message that they got my order. Turns out Encompass sent me ONE earpad at a time in separate orders and CHARGED me Shipping fee for EACH SEPARATE ONE. What a ripoff. Don't go here.
