We love North Scottsdale Pediatrics and they have done an incredible job caring for all three of my sons. Dr. Siegel is such an incredible pediatrician and cares so much about taking the time to explain everything to both myself and my children. He is very intelligent and has always made the right diagnosis no matter how complex our situation is at the time. I can't t tell you what this pediatrician's office has helped my family with during the years. We miss Dr Fischler, but everyone is excellent. Dr. Siegal my kids respect and he has managed the team for complex medical issues. I wish I could give more stars, they're worth it.
We have been seeing Dr. Petranu for almost five years now! He is amazing with both of my boys, very detailed and friendly! The staff is amazing about getting you in quickly if it is an emergency and they are even open on Saturdays!
We have been happy with our experience at north Scottsdale pediatrics. Dr. Caplan is wonderful. She is knowledgeable, patient and listens to all of your questions. Whenever we have called with a question, we get a call back within a couple of hours from the nurse with a solid answer. It is a BIG office, which can be a pro and a con. Overall, we are happy with our experiences here.
6 years of taking 2 children there! Love the 95th street location. Dr. Barcelona is the best.
This particular visit was what got me to write this review. I took my son to his 2 month well check and we saw Dr. Dirvonas. I highly recommend this doctor, he is friendly, very detailed in his visits and is most of all PATIENT! He sincerely cares about his patients. Have been going here since 2007. I have had great experiences with all Doctors and Nurses. We LOVE Dr. Potgen and will schedule months in advance to see her. I have had no billing issues or problems using their phone or portal system. When faced with possible urgent issues, i have referred to their patient portal or an Urgent Care facility if after hours. My kids are happy and healthy with the help of NS Peds.
I want to give 5 stars because Dr. Gerlach is an absolute saint. I find her to be supportive and encouraging and is an absolutely phenomenal person and doctor. She cares for my 4 month old daughter like she would her old child. However...I give 3 stars for the staff and phone service. It takes forever to reach someone on the phone. I needed to reschedule an appointment/ask a question about treatment for my daughter and couldn't get ahold of anyone via phone. NS Peds came highly recommended to us through my OB and word of mouth. Our son has mostly seen Dr Cesal; who is quite wonderful and patient. All of the other physicians have been great as well. I've never had trouble making a last minute sick appts. The ladies on the phone are typically very accommodating and friendly. I'm glad to say that I haven't experienced what some of the other reviewers have posted.
