It is difficult to get vet appointments these days. I was able to see Dr Joe and respected her evaluation and recommendations. Always difficult with a family member who can't tell you what's wrong. We have had several acl surgeries and customer service from Archer staff

1st time there we had Dr Ceder. Fantastic bed side manner. Good listener and very analytical. We had a complex problem from our former vet creating a O.D. toxicity level with an unusually high dosage of an metronidazole over a long period of time. Our dog became unable to walk and would splay to the ground and knuckle his front legs and fall. It was horrifying. I thought we were going to have to put him down. The staff at Archer Veterinary Clinic are five star employees. Dr. Joe cares for my dogs and offers comprehensive insight into my pets' conditions. I feel like she truly cares about her work and her patients. Today, I received the equivalent of what I consider to be bad news about my pet and to top it off, my car would not start in their parking lot! This place was recommended to us from ADOPT shelter and we haven been coming for years. Folks are caring to our dog and price is reasonable.
This place is amazing. Been coming here for years and haven't been here in a while. Even with covid 19 procedures, they are on it, efficient, and honestly...so sweet. I feel like when I am talking to Dr Joe, like I am talking to my sister. My little guy wallyo is having issues and leaving them after a visit puts me at ease.
The best veterinary clinic around. I absolutely love the staff. Special shout-out to Penny, she is such a kind sweet person. Even if you are having a bad day she just gives off that energy of happiness and you cannot help but smile. As for everyone else they are just as great. I know that there are long waits and they sometimes do not answer but that is only because they are extremely busy. Everyone needs to cut them a break. These people were beyond awesome. I recently had to put down the family cat. This is obviously not a pleasant experience and I dreaded making the phone call for an appointment. The person who took my call was very kind and sympathetic toward me and what I was calling for. They were able to get me in that day which was for the best. I thought she said me appointment was at 1030am and arrived at 1020-ish. The girl at the desk happened to be the one that took my call. I took my Dobie for her scheduled appointment with Dr. Johnson to remove a very large skin tag, teeth cleaning and shots. As always, I completely trust to leave my dog in their care. Returned 5 hours later to take my dog home and she looked as good as expected. The team was very thorough with my dog's after care instructions. I travel a distance to see Dr. Johnson and it is worth it. If you need an expert on Dobermans, meet Dr. Johnson.
Very reasonable pricing on surgery/care of my dog(needed acl surgery),staff is very friendly,caring and upfront On pricing,also clinic is very clean and modern can not recommend archery veterinary clinic enough thanks again for taking great care of my dog
