As a human that is allergic to all furry beings, I struggle going to the vet's office. I was pleasantly surprised by the wait time. I signed in for a 5:00 pm appointment and I was called back by 5:01pm! The staff was friendly and helpful. My hypoallergenic furry friend was also very pleased with the office!
They are always attentive to my dog Mia's needs. I like all of the staff members. I recommend them.
Awesome! Great staff. They answer all your questions and take their time in meeting with you. This is a busy office but they handle it with stride. I had a recent concern for meds for our dog, spoke to the office manager she listen to me and offered help and a resolution. Even called with follow up. Thanks again to the whole staff for great care.
Love archer vet! Have been taking our animals here for years and they're amazing and gentle with all the animals. Dr Johnson is the best and couldn't imagine having anyone else look over our animals but him! I highly recommend archer vet
I have been taking my dog and cat there for 2 years now and have been very satisfied with the staff and vets. They are a wonderful practice!
My pets have been patients at Archer Veterinary Clinic for over 20 years. This has included 3 dogs and 3 cats. The care given has been excellent. They stay current with new treatments, vaccines and local potential diseases. Seven years ago we took in a feral kitten that was about five weeks old. It ate every thing in sight which unfortunately included most of a Rimadyl pill for our very old 75 pound Labrador. This is a very toxic, fatal poison to cats let alone a very tiny kitten! We love Archer Vet and have been going here for 8 years!! We travel from La Grange just to go to the doctors here and they are reasonably priced !
Thank you to Dr Joe and the Archer staff for graciously taking in my suddenly gravely ill dog 10 minutes before closing time and offering careful, professional, complete and compassionate care. Your dedication and hard work are much noticed and appreciated.
Dr. Turner recently saw my labradoodle for an ear infection. She did a very thorough exam and explained what I would need to do at home for the ear infection. Dr. Turner also gave me advice on how to handle a behavioral concern I had which seems to be helping. The tech (wish I knew her name) was so nice and showed me the step-by-step cleaning and ear drop application I would need to follow at home. I felt very confident that I could carry out these instructions by the time I left the office.
