In 64days of eTrike ownership, I'm 15 miles from 900. And yesterday was my first checkup, which was the full go-through and also the cleaning. Trike had an annoying rattle, which the mechanic determined was bearing related. The final results were Outstanding -- it looks and rides maybe even better than new!! Also, when I informed your people that I live 16 miles away and have transportation conflicts, the mechanic got right on it and it was ready to roll in just a few hours!! We were total newbies. They did a great job of helping us select bikes appropriate for our needs. Super cute shop dog too, he obviously runs the place. They also helped us install the amazing bike rack on our Jeep.Â
