This place is the absolute worst and the sales people are incompetent. We ordered a new dining room table and chairs in August. We were told the chairs were on back order until October. October came and they moved the date back to November. In November they said the chairs would be in the second week in December. When I spoke to the sales woman I told her we host Christmas and needed the chairs by then otherwise we had to cancel and find another option. I will start off my review by saying I love my furniture but that being said, customer service has been lacking. My issues started with my sales rep leaving and the store closing after the hurricane. I had to call several times, email and do the online chat before someone would respond to me about a missing cabinet base and top. When I finally get the delivery set up I only receive the base. Order a Christmas Present on 11/27/17. Since then I have received 3 e-mails + - asking that I rate my purchase. I replied that it was very hard to rate their product since I have not received it yet. I have since been told that it will be shipped on 12/26/17. So much for the Christmas Present.
You said you would call 24 hours before delivery to set up a time. You didn't. Finally after 8 tonight before I have to call you to find out the delivery scheduled between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. which is not what we agreed. It's now 6 p.m. and there's no scheduled delivery. This place seems more like a Value City Furniture than an upscale furniture store. They have no customer service unless it's time to pay the bill.
After waiting months (ordered early August available for delivery the end of Oct) for our furniture to finally arrive. About 2 hours before delivery i received a phone call telling me a support piece was missing. I personally delayed this delivery for 2 weeks to get the existing furniture out of the room. I was told I had to contact the store and the store had not clue and the delivery company had no authority. Do not order from this company! The couch we ordered was delivered with the chaise on the wrong side. We waited over a month for the correct one and they delivered a used couch! They will not give us our money back without a restocking fee even though they never delivered the correct couch. I wish I would have believed the bad Google reviews on the customer service. Arhaus is by far the worst company we have ever purchased merchandise/furniture from. We spent over $9000 on furniture delivered in May. When the Sectional was delivered, the connector didn’t connect the sections and there were nails sticking out of the bottom legs with missing floor protectors. Our hardwood floors were scratched due to the delivery of the sectional with the broken connector, missing floor protectors and nails in bottom of leg. Concierge did nothing to repair our floors. Be careful of the 12 month financing....very sketchy program. Customer service is horrible. The last payment is a trick and they should be reported to the FTC for violation.
Arhaus is by far the worst company we have ever purchased merchandise/furniture from. We have purchased many pieces from Arhaus in years past and enjoyed the experience, until this year. We purchased the Athens 4 piece media bookcase unit, Garner sectional and the Rio chair in February. Everything was delivered in May. A shelf in the Athens did not fit, also the sectional connector didn’t connect the sections and there were nails sticking out of the bottom legs with missing floor protectors.
