Dear Customer Service, I would like to say I am happy with the two Rio chairs that I purchased less than a month ago. What I am very disappointed with is the customer service both online and at the store in North NJ. After placing my order for the chairs online I went to the store and looked at the chairs in person to confirm they looked as nice online. Okay to add insult to injury - the drapes I have been waiting for since early Dec. are not in so I decide to call and follow-up (as I have done for every single purchase with this retailer). I'm told "Arhaus hasn't committed to my order yet" (although I paid on the spot the day I purchased them), once they commit to the order, only then will they be scheduled to ship". Have you ever heard of such nonsense!!! When I PAID that should mean they COMMIT!

We just had a very frustrating experience with ArHaus and their "customer service" people who handle their delivery. After waiting several weeks for our furniture, the delivery people didn't show up as promised. The employee at ArHaus was quick to blame us for not choosing a time that was scheduled by their people, which we did. She also claimed that they couldn't reach me, although they had left me a voicemail along the way. Ordered and paid for $1,000 coffee table. Delivery truck didn’t even bring it into house, as it was broken. Have called Somerset store 4 times over 3 weeks to reorder (no one took initiative to contact us to resolve this) with the promise to get a call back from manager to help replace it. No call back yet. Still no table. Very disappointed in lack of customer service. #customerservice #arhaus

Wish I had read the reviews before we placed our order. Poor reviews are spot on. After 5 emails, 1 call to the corporate office, 10 calls to the store and 1 returned call, my issue still isn't resolved.

I SO wish I would've read the reviews of this store prior to wasting $4000 there on a bedroom set. The entire sales process was awful where we were needing to follow up with them and then once we had an issue with delivery, our emails & voicemails wouldn't get returned. Really awful service from Clara and Brandon, wish we would've never entered their doors. Still dealing with the aftermath 6 months after initial order.

This place is the absolute worst and the sales people are incompetent. We ordered a new dining room table and chairs in August. We were told the chairs were on back order until October. October came and they moved the date back to November. In November they said the chairs would be in the second week in December. When I spoke to the sales woman I told her we host Christmas and needed the chairs by then otherwise we had to cancel and find another option. I will start off my review by saying I love my furniture but that being said, customer service has been lacking. My issues started with my sales rep leaving and the store closing after the hurricane. I had to call several times, email and do the online chat before someone would respond to me about a missing cabinet base and top. When I finally get the delivery set up I only receive the base. Order a Christmas Present on 11/27/17. Since then I have received 3 e-mails + - asking that I rate my purchase. I replied that it was very hard to rate their product since I have not received it yet. I have since been told that it will be shipped on 12/26/17. So much for the Christmas Present.
