I paid for an oil change drove home and my check engine light was on I took it in they suggested a fix I paid $300 for that and now my car is totaled. So yea service is pretty terrible. The service team lied and this is the second oil change in two different cars that have ended up with further work being done. Its unfortunate because we wanted to buy a new car at arrowhead but without service well go elsewhere now.

Service was ok except someone. Changed my seat, mirrors, and exit position and then pressed the set button and destroyed all memory seat settings. I am still trying to get everything back to where I had them set.

I was notified by email it was time for an oil change. I called in and scheduled my car to get picked up. It was done before lunchtime.

During a recall service, the service department found two other items that needed repair. The service representative checked and verified that I did indeed pay for an extended warranty that would cover the repairs. I made an appointment to have the repairs done, which he said would only cost $100 for the deductible. On the day I was supposed to pick up my car, they indicated the extended warranty would not cover both of the repairs, just the least expensive one.
