We will not be coming back. We feel that we were taken advantage of. You charged us almost $300 to test for ringworm. I told you my daughter had one on her face and that it was most likely ringworm. You gave him an antibiotic that he did not need on top of it. After discussing this with another vet, they confirmed that you charged us for things that could be diagnosed with a black light. Over $525 out of pocket. Money that we did not have. I am very disappointed. I will be sharing this with everyone I know. Separate from th... read more

If I could give this clinic zero stars I would. I am not the type of person who posts reviews of anything, if I didn't like a place or service, I just simply don't go back and not spend my money with them again. However, I feel the need to write this review so no other family experiences what I just went through. First of all, I am fully aware of following Covid policies and procedures, but this clinic still follows a no entrance policy with the pet owner/families. You call in the parking lot to let them know you have arriv... read more

We've been coming here for 3 years. Before Covid, they were great! Recently, there's been staff changes and Covid restrictions still I place for over 2 years now: it's really disappointing that they charge you a nurse fee every single series of vaccinations! It is not the case with other vet clinics in Livermore. I called around specifically for this question. Because I just don't understand how every visit with series of the same vaccination cost an arm and leg! I'll be finishing the last round of flu and I'm moving my ... read more

We tried, but after a couple puppy appointments we were not impressed with the overall service and attitude of the staff. Disappointing.

A few years back we brought our beloved cat here for care. After a couple of blood panels nothing conclusive was determined and our cat's health deteriorated. We eventually brought him in for care when his weight continued to drop. My husband felt that we should keep him home and I insisted on bringing him in for care. While trying to insert an IV they ripped the skin on his neck so bad that he required staples. Then sent him home a short time later. He died less than hour after coming home. They actually charged for the IV ... read more

I've gone to this particular veterinary center with multiple animals really since this place opened. I always had good experiences overall, but I have to say that recently the experiences have been getting worse & worse. It appears they've changed quite a bit of staff & maybe that's why but I'm not sure. The single thing that stood out to me on my last visit is their vets don't seem to have the patience required to be a good vet. Unfortunately the dogs feel that rushed anxiety & it's not good for anyone. Overall, I would not... read more

Let me first say that the receptionist is very rude, All of the staff in general seems like they do not want to be at work. The doctors were nice that's the only reason why I gave one star. When I had to put my dog down to sleep due to cancer, the staff in anyway was not supportive or respectful I would definitely not recommend anybody to take their animals here.

I casually walked in this morning and was greeted with horrible customer service. I had my mask on and my dog with me , but still both of the employees there looked at me like I had absolutely no business being in there,, I was taken back. I tried to ease them by saying good morning soon as I walked in and felt the awkward feeling. Neither one of them replied good morning and she asked me if I needed something.. Still not understanding why this negative vibe was there and me being a grown man had to bite my tongue,, Beca... read more

The new office manager for this place has created a dangerous and rude attitude towards both animals and owners. Was forced to come in multiple times for a thyroid issue and refused to release medication and after charging an large amount decided that our relationship of over 10 years cannot be continued and persciption would not be renewed. They claimed I was unhappy with servixe though no explanation was given. There was no scene and no unpleasant words and absolutely no reason for this unprofessional treatment. Many peopl... read more
