My Boston Terrier recently had an broken leg. I had never been to this clinic before but chose it based on the reviews from Yelp. I called and they fit me in even without an appointment. Everyone from the front desk, to the assistant, to the doctor was very helpful. They were super friendly! They took time to examine my pet and explain to me the treatment options. Thanks for they Yelp recommendation and I recommend this place to others.

Everyone at the arroyo clinic is so sweet and helpful. We've always had family dogs, but never just my own! When it came time to find a vet quick, they came highly recommended even through another clinic in the area. My puppy had 2 eye infections, they were patient with her (she is pretty timid) as well as with me! And the best part, her antibiotics started helping after just 2 uses! The two Karens are sweet and helpful and Dr. lee is very knowledgeable! Thank you ladies, happy holidays!

Our cat became very ill. I called Arroyo with my concern and they fit me in right away. They stayed after hours to make sure they could take care of her properly and run all tests needed. The Doctor was very informative and Karen the front staff person was awesome. I would highly recommend Arroyo!

The doctor was lovely and so were the other ladies working there. They were great with both my puppy and my bunny, we're very clear about the prices and the treatments, and had tons of tips on how to care for our animals in the best way. After having bounced between vets for a while, I now know where to go may I ever need great care for my rabbit and puppy again.

Kecia was very good with my Mutt, Morgan. She was very patient when Morgan didn't want to go with her. She even told me that if I bring her in either every other week or 1 a month for a nail clipping, that it would help the quick to become shorter her nails could be clipped back farther. This was my first experience having a dog thete. Their true test will be when I bring my Pitt in.

Just moved here from San Diego and needed an appt ASAP. They got me in same day and got my dog the medicine she needed. All really great people, great care and the prices were great. Also gave me a 10% discount for checking in on Facebook

Dr. Bloomberg and her staff were the best. My first time here, my cat was in need of urgent care, and I was not happy with the vet that I had been seeing in Pleasanton. Dr. Bloomberg is a great listener, drew a diagram and explained thoroughly what was happening with my cat. She presented treatment options and did not try to upsell any products or unnecessary procedure. This is a wonderful veterinary place for several reasons. The staff, the vets, & the costs. I was quoted by another vet in town by the other safeway off Stanley $1200 to lance, clean & stitch up an abcess on a cats forearm. This vet quoted all the exact same services per the invoice for $500. Friendly , helpful, professional staff. All my animals have been to Arroyo since! Couldnt ask for a better vet, Thank you!
