My orange tabby, Polly, twenty years old, was clearly in decline. I was at a loss trying to decide whether to put her down or not. The doctors, the receptionists, the staff, all were amazingly supportive, honest, and caring. We visited the office three times over the course of two months, and each visit helped ease Polly's last few weeks, frankly, for both her and us. When we finally had to say goodbye, we were comforted by Dr. Quintana's compassionate input; she cared about Polly as much as we did and that generated a g... read more

Love this vet clinic! The staff is really friendly and the veterinarian is wonderful. She sat with me for 45 minutes explaining how to work with my very energetic puppy. I even forgot my wallet to pay for services and they trusted me enough to come back and pay later. Great place and definitely recommend them.

Not too long ago, I had to take my Norwich terrier mix in because of him being very lethargic and possibly anemic. They were very attentive and sought to my needs right away. They confirmed that his blood count was low and that I was very wise for bringing him in at the time that I did. Had I not, he may actually have died. They made some quick decisions and luckily, he has seem to pull through just fine. They were very friendly and did not waste anytime getting to the problem. I gave four stars only because I didn't receive... read more

My beagle and I thought that this place was conveniently located, clean, modern and the doctors were caring. They don't try to push any meds or procedures on you, listen and understand the problem and care for their patients. I will be back here in January because the puppy needs her teeth cleaned and they will have a sale on dental hygiene services.

I brought my dog in for a cough, and was able to get an appointment easily. Treatment options where explained well, and it was obvious the vet was trying to diagnose without charging me a ton of money. Exam and service fees seemed reasonable, especially compared to other exorbitantly priced "luxury" east bay vets-- the vet was also receptive to my pricing concerns, without making me feel awkward for asking... Great experience, esp. now that my dog is on the mend.

When you're taking your furry baby to the vet for a problem, it's so nice and comforting to have a friendly, helpful vet staff to help you. Everyone, including the front desk ladies, were so pleasant and helpful. I'm sorry "Miss A" had an unpleasant experience, but in my experience In situations like this, the person walking in the door brings the unpleasantness with them. I would highly recommend this vet office to anyone needing vet services. I followed Dr. Kapty, but the other vet I saw today was wonderful.

Dr Quintana was wonderful.. My eleven year old chihuahua was very sick with pancreatitis. He had kidney problems as well as liver problems. We would bring him in for supportive care and he would get better than worse. Dr. Quintana held our hand through the whole thing. SHe called us numerous times after hours. We had to discuss putting him down I was besides myself but she said lets try one more time and hospitalize him. His blood levels all rebounded and I brought home a healthy happy dog totally back to himself. Thank yo... read more

Very happy so far. I tried another vet center in Livermore, but this one won by far for the puppy program. I loved the fact that I could pay a fix amount and get most of the treatment, doctor's appt, and vaccination included. It was a real peace of mind. The veterinaries are very tenderful with my puppy, and they answered all of our questions with a BIG smile. Another big plus is that they open on Saturdays and 2 days in the evenings during the week. A PERFECT schedule for me!!!
