Nelly at 2B Living has been the best property manager over the past couple years. When moving in, she was warm and very quick to respond. Services requests were scheduled and taken care of usually within 24 hours (unless special parts needed to be ordered). Nelly was easy to get into contact with and helped resolve any issues we had while living at the property. I've been at my commercial unit for a little over a year now, and my property manager, Nelly, has been amazing to work with! I've had a couple of random issues throughout the year, and Nelly has been fast to respond, helpful and always SO nice!! I always accidentally catch her on off times, but she always answers and never makes me feel like I'm annoying her. Great experience so far. Thank you, Nelly!! :)

Lindzee assisted me with a tour at Arthaus Six, a gorgeous new construction with stylish modern furnishings, logical floor plans, and generous amenities catering to every tenants needs. She was so helpful, resourceful, really sought to understand my needs then tailored options that best suited me. Seamless process. I toured the unit on Monday evening and fell in love! Updated unit near the Lake, and very spacious for a studio at that price and location. Applied that same night and gave transparency about my finances. I was approved by Wednesday and signed the lease Thursday evening. 3 day process and my leasing agent and owners were flexible along the way with credit and move-in date. Great experience so far!

First of, I would like to mention that I am not a Bay Area native. I had moved from Southern California, where I think things were quite simpler in terms of rental properties. The Bay has been a whole other beast that is intimidating to say the least. When I first moved up in late 2021, I wasn't quite sure where to live.
