Stylish great priced fixtures Easy installation
I didn’t expect this level of customer service! After I broke one of the glass shades I never really expected to get any reply from then. After all I am in the UK and they’re Canadian! Within a couple of days of my first grovelling email, Mercy replied, and nothing was too much! She was very patient and understanding.. even phoned me on my mobile to help with the dispatch! I really appreciate their customer service, but also the help from Mercy who was a pleasure to speak to. A real gem!
Response to fixing issue was very quick. Just waiting on package to be received now.
We purchased an Artika StarRaker LED Ceiling Light fixture for an upstairs bedroom. The installation was very simple and the light is clean and bright so we are very pleased.
