RecommendedI didn’t expect this level of customer service! After I broke one of the glass shades I never really expected to get any reply from then. After all I am in the UK and they’re Canadian! Within a couple of days of my first grovelling email, Mercy replied, and nothing was too much! She was very patient and understanding.. even phoned me on my mobile to help with the dispatch! I really appreciate their customer service, but also the help from Mercy who was a pleasure to speak to. A real gem!
