RecommendedI purchased a skylight LED panel from Costco to replace fluorescent tube lamp. The installation was pretty easy and straightforward. The lamp work’s perfectly and it lights un the room very well. The 5 year warranty is an impressive testament to then company’s trust in their product!!
Love my Jupiters! Simple yet looks elegant. Really like the brightness control and with warm/cool modes. I just wish it comes with a remote control holder which you could mount on the wall.
The lights are beautiful and look elegant and modern in my rooms. With one delivery, 2 glass shades were broken and one hanging bar had stripped threads. Hanna, the customer service associate, was very professional and friendly, helping me immediately, calling me back when I called a second time and there was a wait time to reach her. Great company and beautiful lighting!
Had an issue with a defective finish on my outdoor lights. Contacted Artika, and Julie Campeau called me back. Julie was outstanding to say the least. She immediately acknowledged my concerns, and offered to send out replacement fixtures right away. Amazing customer service to say the least. Once the new fixtures arrived, I had some difficulty installing them as they were smart fixtures and it turns out my wifi signal to the front of the house was not great. I had a problem with my light turning off. I called and spoke to Julie. She was so friendly and helpful. She responded to my emails very quickly and kept me updated through the entire process. I highly recommend this company!

I contacted them on Monday morning as I was missing a part of a lamp I purchased, extremely friendly and knowledgeable, I had the part by Thursday ! excellent customer service and care !

Called and spoken with Hanna. Told her my issue with the shower caddy. She explained it was still under warranty and will be sending us a replacement. She was very courteous and knowledgeable with the product.
