Had an issue with the sensor on the Artika under counter lights. Call the 866 number and was speaking with a rep (James Ready) within 1 minute. I explained the problem and was informed that a replacement package would be sent under warranty. The service was not good, it was EXCEPTIONALLY EXCELLENT! Courteous, clear understanding and rectified to my complete satisfaction! Service like this is, unfortunately, exceedingly rare in this day and age! It made my day better! Thank you James!

The panel lights are awesome. They are super bright and do what we need them to do. However, one that we purchased was faulty. I contacted customer service and he told me that he’d replace it for me. The chat was very short but effective. I’ve already passed the good news to my father. He has t out his up yet but has two waiting to be installed.
Great quality and customer service is impeccable
We have purchased two Artika pendant lights and are beyond happy with the product, how it was packaged and delivered but most of all how they look in my new kitchen and dining room. I would buy Artika lights for any future room upgrades.
Have bought a couple of light fittings from the Artika range from Costco. Both beautiful lights. Unfortunately I smashed a couple of the glass pendants as I am clumsy (and I still maintain my partner has put them in the wrong position over the stairs). I contacted Artika and replacements were delivered within 3 days, without cost. Customer service were very friendly and very efficient.
