RecommendedWe have purchased two Artika pendant lights and are beyond happy with the product, how it was packaged and delivered but most of all how they look in my new kitchen and dining room. I would buy Artika lights for any future room upgrades.

RecommendedHave bought a couple of light fittings from the Artika range from Costco. Both beautiful lights. Unfortunately I smashed a couple of the glass pendants as I am clumsy (and I still maintain my partner has put them in the wrong position over the stairs). I contacted Artika and replacements were delivered within 3 days, without cost. Customer service were very friendly and very efficient.

The customer service and support team is amazing.When we got this light a part was damaged . I reached out to Artika and they were quick to respond and send a replacement part.
