I have multiple Artika lights and I am very satisfied with each of them. I love the lights and would recommend Artika to everyone. It’s a great buy. The customer service and support team is amazing.When we got this light a part was damaged . I reached out to Artika and they were quick to respond and send a replacement part. We bought 2 pendent lights and the matching vanity lights, for our master bath. Artika product! Purchased through Home Depot and Amazon 😀 love! love! love! these. they are beautiful and very well made! My hubby and I are both contractors, know great products when we find them. I always buy their products from Costco but was not very happy with the bathroom light I bought from them. It’s been less than a year this is how it looks like
I bought 6 of their 12" X 48" LED Sky lights for my house. one didn't work and it would have been a long drive to exchange where I bought it, so through their web site I filed a Warranty claim. Their customer service representative Joanna Juarez contacted me right away and was very helpful getting a replacement shipped directly to my house. We love the lights we have installed and recommend to everyone, especially after the great customer service.
