RecommendedI bought 6 of their 12" X 48" LED Sky lights for my house. one didn't work and it would have been a long drive to exchange where I bought it, so through their web site I filed a Warranty claim. Their customer service representative Joanna Juarez contacted me right away and was very helpful getting a replacement shipped directly to my house. We love the lights we have installed and recommend to everyone, especially after the great customer service.

RecommendedExcellent customer service at Artica!!! They replaced my damaged light fixture because they could not provide the original bulbs. Award of Excellence for their service department. I have nothing but respect for this company and their handling of my case. They will be my first call for any future light fixture purchases.
