RecommendedSuper compagnie nous avons eu problème avec un luminaire la compagnie à changer le luminaire 2 fois même après la garantie la dernière fois le luminaire était discontinuer il on remplacer avec un autre modèle. JE RECOMMANDE 👍🏻

Artika has gorgeous, simple lighting options for any room. Excellent customer service. I had a problem with one bathroom light and they were quick to replace the defective unit! Marie was very helpful!
What a great customer experience. I had purchased an Artika chandelier from my local Costco store, only to find out that it was completely broken (seems like if was been dropped or something). The Artika team is sending me a replacement under warranty. Artika, you just have earned a customer for life.
I emailed Artika Custmer service regarding our ESSENCE 5-LIGHT INTEGRATED LED PENDANT - we have a bulb that is burnt out. I had an email response within 24 hrs and within another couple of hours Marie had made arrangements to have our light replaced. We are extremely happy with the promptness of her response to my email. We would highly recommend your company and products - we have a total of (3) of your light fixtures in our home and they add a touch of elegance and class to our home. Thank you Michele
