What a great customer experience. I had purchased an Artika chandelier from my local Costco store, only to find out that it was completely broken (seems like if was been dropped or something). The Artika team is sending me a replacement under warranty. Artika, you just have earned a customer for life.
I emailed Artika Custmer service regarding our ESSENCE 5-LIGHT INTEGRATED LED PENDANT - we have a bulb that is burnt out. I had an email response within 24 hrs and within another couple of hours Marie had made arrangements to have our light replaced. We are extremely happy with the promptness of her response to my email. We would highly recommend your company and products - we have a total of (3) of your light fixtures in our home and they add a touch of elegance and class to our home. Thank you Michele

Amazing customer service. Had an issue with missing hardware and even though I purchased from a non-authorized re-seller they still stood behind their product and sent the missing parts free of charge. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Great Customer Service. We purchased the Bubble flow 5 light pendant chrome/crystal light in the spring of 2016 I recently had a issue with the light.
