THEY SCAMMED ME, CHARGED ME FOR ELECTRONICS COVERAGE, AND NEVER PROVIDED ANY SERVICE, WHEN I TRIED CALLING, AFTER CHARGING MY CARD FOR THE **** AND SERVICE CALL, THEY NEVER FULFILLED THE CLAIM, THEY THEY BLOCKED MY NUMBER, AND MY IPN NUMBER FROM GOING THROUGH. HOW ARE THEY GETTING AWAY WITH ALL THIS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LIES? THEY NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID AND BUY THEIR HOME WARRANTY

Worse company I've ever had experience with. Called for service on my refrigerator on 11/1/22 still no service. On 12/27/22 received email about 2 options, (l) a buyout of $215 or (2) have another servicer to diagnose and repair unit. I opted for another servicer. on 12/29/22 received email stating not enough monies remaining on my contract to send out a technician. How can that be when I have not had any service. *************** American Residential Warranty(ARW) is the worst **************** I ever experienced. I had them for two years, I paid every month a total of over $2700.00. I only had two request, one was taken care of, the other was not paid by ARW back in July 2020. I received a call Sept 2022 that ARW never paid the contractor. Unbelievable ************** Never experienced anything like this. Going on 3 weeks with no refrigerator..Why would a company sell a home warranty policy in an area where they have ZERO technicians? The sales pitch was all lies. This company is a complete failure.. Buyer beware. ARW is a ******** COMPANY That takes your money and provides NO SERVICE..CSR's are useless. Looking into filling a suite against them.
Don't Buy a Warranty Agreement for ARW . They will over charge you and not put in a service order . They will give you the run around

No matter number I call I am on hold for over an hour. Their email addresses are "no-reply" addresses except the customer service one and it does not answer. Tip: if you want someone to answer, choose "make a payment with a person".

This company gave false advertising when in media and when speaking to a representive to sign up. We were told an item under a claim would be fix or replaced depending on the issue. The price we paid monthly would cover the cost. We were not told (and it was omitted) they would only give you the bare minium if they had to pay out an item. When we called they gave us the run around and in the end, for our water heater was unrepairable- the pay out was ****** dollars- that does not even cover the cost of installation. I have a policy with his company and I am being treated extremely poor. I filed a claim to find out that My replacement allowance doesn't come close to what I need to replace my appliance. They NEVER sent me a policy. The file was claimed 6 weeks ago and I have not received a check. This is without a doubt, the absolute worst business I have ever dealt with. I WANT MY MONEY! PERIOD!
