Just browsing around and "Sam" offered to help us when we were ready, we found something we were not really looking for, and I have to say, Sam was great, no pressure salesperson and knowledgeable, very happy with our experience

My partner and I went in to look for several large pieces for our new home. Jazz came over to help as soon as we got into the store. We told him what we were looking for and he was incredibly helpful with showing us some options on the floor. When we didn't see anything that would work for us, he brought us over to show us some special order items. He went over every colour and material option with us so we knew all of our options. We dealt with Maegan and from the minute we walked into the store she was amazing. She knows her stuff. Any questions we had she had the answer. We would definitely refer her to our friends and family and we would definitely return to see her for any future furniture needs. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with!!!
From the moment we entered the store and met Maegan Schienbein we were set! Her professionalism and knowledge of all the products we reviewed was second to none - well done Maegan!
We had an awesome experience speaking with Meagan about sectional sofas. Meagan is so knowledgeable and answered every question we had. She demonstrated how the sectionals are built, how they are put together and advised us of what to look for in a friendly and fun way. Meagan is a real gem!
Friendly knowledgeable, fun, quick to find answers to my dumb questions. Chances are we would have left without a purchase if she wasn’t so pleasant to deal with.
