bad experience I purchased a dining room today and 4 chairs, oly 2 chairs were delivered. so th salesperson thought it came with 4 chairs told me I was purchasing 4 chairs with my dining room set, I only recieved 2, and was told the other two were on back order. I followed up in the store to see when my chairs would be delivered she mentioned he made a mistake only ordered 2, stated she would sell me the other 2 chairs for two hundred dollars. which I thought I already brought... no solution offered

FRAUD! Ashley does not warranty anything. Even if you purchase the insurance for your sofa. DO NOT TRUST ASHLEY FURNITURE. We bought a sectional sofa. They delivered a broken section and told us to make an insurance claim. It took 4 months to get the replacement piece, and they do not take away the broken section. We had to pay to have it hauled away. The new section was fine for about a month and then the seams started to split. We made another insurance claim....it was denied, because apparently seams coming apart... read more
