Richard was our salesman. He was great to us at the store. We loved him. He gave us a heads up that it would be about 2-3 weeks before we get it because of shipping issues regarding the pandemic. Completely understandable. We were okay with that. About 2 months later and out $2,000 we finally got our stuff. The movers and the quality of furniture were/are great! Why are you sending me multiple emails to review a product that hasn't even arrived yet? 3.5 weeks to get a delivery is already a pretty long wait as is, so that long wait is the only thing I have to go off of

I asked to process a return, and without the merchandise they closed the return and credited my account. Then after realizing I had canceled the return, they needed to charge me again. A huge inconvenience and stressful way to begin a weekend. The associates need trained better so this doesn’t happen to another person. Extremely frustrating and disappointing after my initial visit to the location.

Should not take 2 hrs to bye two pillows then to find out not in stock that you have to deliver one

How can o review when I have not received my delivery yet?? I was told at the time I purchased that all of 2 pieces were available on a 2 piece sectional couch to call in today and was told that one piece is on back order, so NO I am not happy.

I was very disappointed with my sales agent. They’re 2 prices, one the store price the other on-line price. . If I hadn’t checked the internet price I would have paid 350 over internet price. Also internet showed free delivery but was charged delivery fee. . I felt that if they had my best interest I would have gotten the internet price. From now on I will purchase online.
