The longe. Hairs they charge over 300 for becomes dangerous to use as soon as the warranty goes out in a year. Bad product that will hurt you.

Customer service became extremely rude when we decided not to get a piece of furniture because it would not be in time. Became extremely judge-mental and nasty that we had “waited so long” to order furniture instead of helping us find a better and faster way to receive the furniture we wanted.

Sales rep ordered a counter height table with bar height stools. I asked repeatedly if the table was bar height also and was told yes. Waited two weeks for delivery, only to find out the day prior to delivery that they ordered the counter height table and bar height stools. Called. Apparently, they did not make this table at bar height. Had to cancel order. Waste of time, she clearly did not know what she was talking about.
