Maintenance The maintenance out here are always respectable know what they are doing especially Matt every time he comes out he does his job right always kind fives stars plus!

Maintenance is AMAZING We had a problem with our toilet flushing and it kept getting clogged. We called maintenance, and they came out to fix it several times. With the third time coming out they accidentally broke something on the toilet, and instead of leaving it, they just replaced the entire toilet. I’m appreciate them and their hard work!! Definitely recommend this place just based on their maintenance and management alone.

Seems Pretty Good Don't love the area it is in, but it seems relatively safe and quiet. Jeremy was a great tour guide. Property seems like it is well-kept.

good place had a nice tour here with JH. Apartments were pretty spacious and clean. community seemed quiet. i'd be content living here

What Nice Neighborhood & Staff My husband and I toured the property a couple days ago and really enjoyed it. Going to put in our application today. JH was very accommodating and informative on the tour we took. Place is pleasant even though the area around Suliivant isn't exactly my favorite. But the apartments seem removed far enough from there and feels safe.
