Sam is amazing! We just applied and I had some questions, so I reached out and spoke to my agent Sam and she was amazing! So so so sweet and very kind. Amazing customer service. She understood my excitement over the move and answered all of my questions with such a sweet tone and genuine demeanor. Exceptional maintenance service Sam, our property manager, consistently delivers exceptional service. Her amiable demeanor is matched by her extensive knowledge. When I contacted her regarding my sink and stovetop, maintenance personnel arrived within the hour. Maintenance is AMAZING We had a problem with our toilet flushing and it kept getting clogged. We called maintenance, and they came out to fix it several times. With the third time coming out they accidentally broke something on the toilet, and instead of leaving it, they just replaced the entire toilet. I’m appreciate them and their hard work!! Definitely recommend this place just based on their maintenance and management alone.

Seems Pretty Good Don't love the area it is in, but it seems relatively safe and quiet. Jeremy was a great tour guide. Property seems like it is well-kept.
