Servicio Request I had many concerns but JR and Aishia were able to help me with my servicio requests and to help me pay my rent i love it here but now i love it even more!!

Great place I recently moved into this apartment complex this year, and so far, I’ve only seen nothing but greatness, especially from the MAINTENANCE team. They do an exceptional job of maintaining the property, and whenever you contact them, they promptly respond and come to your aid the same day or the next. Move in Just moved in and everything’s been smooth so far. Jeremy and Sam made the process as easy as possible and were always responsive. The apartment was clean and ready on move-in day, so thanks to Tim, Moe, Hayden, and Santiago for that, and the community seems quiet and well-kept. First impression is really good—glad I chose this place.

My experience I’ve been living here for a few months now and I honestly wanted to wait until it got warm outside to kind of gauge the community and I can say so far so good! Maintenance is IMMACULATE as they respond and complete requests within 2 days of them being put in. The management staff is AMAZING and very understanding on obstacles in life. A/C not working Maintenance technician Matt Salle came over and fixed our A/C unit super quick. He's always great at fixing things and is super friendly. He really knows what he's doing. Thankful to have him on staff!

5 star! My family and I just moved into a 4 bedroom a week ago. So far it has been pretty good. Sam and Jeremy have been amazing and pretty helpful. The 4 bedroom has tons of space which I love, and the patio is big. Maintenance has been pretty quick when you need them. Would definitely recommend!
