Pleasantly Surprised I walked in to take a tour without an appointment. JH graciously helped me. They only had one 2 bed available to look at and apparently it was already rented too. I hope another one comes available because I'm moving up here from the south and want to be close to campus and family. The area a few streets over seemed a little rough but I was surprised how nice the complex was. Seemed quiet and safe.

Nice Looking to move from a one bedroom apartment downtown. Looking for more space and green areas for our pets. This complex looks to have that available. JH was very accommodating in his tour. Our lease isn't up for a little bit but this is definitely on our short list of places we hope to end up.

Solid Place Took a tour of Ashton Pines the other day, and the property is really good. The three-bedroom apartment I saw looked as good as the pics online, which isn't always the case, and had a patio with good space for a dog. The pool looked clean, too. JH was friendly, helpful, and answered all my questions. Definitely considering this place when we move next month.

Like It Here Recently moved in. Employees were very helpful in the application and move-in process (JH). Though I am just learning english, they worked with me very kindly. Apartment is nice, clean. Property is quiet and good. Enjoy.

Ashton pine are very nice Drou was a very helpful and mindful individual. With out apartment tour. And it’s a very peaceful area with very nice people. You guys should definitely check them out.

Happy with the experience I am very happy with the experience I have had in the application process. KO and JH were very good walking me through the apartment and showing me the property, as well as helping me submit the application. Good looking, well maintained grounds. Nice swimming pool I look forward to using soon.
