Be prepared to get told that you need to have your teeth scaled regardless of what you came in for. All they want is to bill you and your insurance for as much money as possible. There is no semblance of patient care to be had here. Look elsewhere for your dental services.

RUN, do not walk, away from this place. In a nutshell, I had a consult for 2 implants and an upper and lower denture. When all was said and done they wanted $17,000.00. WHAT??? Not kidding, THEN when they applied my really good dental insurance it came down to maybe $8,000.00+ That is the starting number before insurance that I got from everywhere else. My first visit, I was told that I needed $3500.00 worth of treatment and they requested payment prior to work being done. I went and got a second opinion and was told this was absolutely not needed. I will continue to share my experience with others......unnerving

they wanted to do a deep cleaning that used up my entire $1500 benefit and still charge me another $950 (which they would happily finance) - I could get this "deep cleaning" elsewhere with no insurance for about $459 - literally WTF? Insurance that is no insurance- these ladies are thieves

I don't normally post reviews but in this case, I thought I needed to share my experience with Gentle Dental - Valley River and Drs (?) Vu and Repelle. It was quite possibly the worst health care experience I have ever had in my life. These types of dental offices are total scams. They tell you you have a ton of cavities, they try to sell you their 200-300$ tooth brush, then they refuse to book your visit to "fill your cavities" until you pre pay- locking you in-who does that? So they try to put you on the spot for all of this, luckily I had the guts to back out and say I'd call later to schedule. When I went elsewhere for a second opinion they said I didn't have any cavities to fill and if I just brushed really well then I'd be fine! Three years later go... read more

All they want is your money! They wanted me to do thousands in deep cleaning and all sorts of things. I went to my previous dentist and he said not necessary at all. I am going to report them to Delta Dental (my insurance) and get them off their referral list. And after I said I didn't want the deep cleaning they wouldn't do a regular cleaning --- but kept the money I paid for just a check-up. Fortunately, I told my insurance I needed a second opinion and they allowed me one. GET A SECOND OPINION! SCAM!!

I do not recommend them. I had to replace a crown they installed in fewer than four years. My experience in their office was a series of unfortunate events; I only hung in because I had insurance that covered it but then found a new dentist. The crown Aspen installed came loose and turns out it had been over-cemented, then ground down to compensate, and had holes in the bite surface. My better dentist said there was so much cement in there, it was covering up the holes. So I had to buy a new crown, and I'm currently a cash c... read more

This is the worse customer service I have experienced in my entire life! It all started last year September 2021 when I was advised that I need to remove my three front teeth, one that had a root canal that never needed to be extracted I did it anyway in the process a filling beside one of the tooth came out because they had to fight to remove the tooth that had the root canal I had before and after picture they then decide to put the filling back in because I was in the office crying because no one was even looking at me.
