Very professional and high tech dentist. They were short staffed on the day I went so it took longer then it should, but staff was very open with this an apologized for the inconvenience.
I have visited Aspen Dental Onalaska several times & although we did have a problem, they are going way out of their way to take good care of me. At this time I can only say good things about them. They have saved me lots & lots of money & I'm confident that they do good work. I have been treated very professionally, and with utmost care & thoughtfulness. I also keep in contact by both phone & internet & have had no communication problems.
Great experiences without the hassle and cost. I don't have insurance and so they are very cooperative and understanding. Great communicative skills and really caring people. Never a scheduling problem. It's nice.
To the guy complaining about payments, you obviously don't do much looking they accept care credit and if you don't have it they can have you apply right there and use it. I recently had 3000$ of work done and had no issue what's so ever with insurance or payment plans it's even interest free for a year and a half. Also scheduling has never been an issue. The work is great you don't feel a thing they do well at making sure your sedated and make the most of your visit.
Nice place, TV to watch, friendly folks, got a coupon! Free exam and xrays. The tooth extraction review will follow. Was a success, novacaine wearing off, gotta get some prof in.
My husband lost a tooth(third tooth, each one different at different times). Went in to the Onalaska location to fix it only to be told it would cost him $149.00 for an exam as it was against the law to fix the tooth. WHY? when they did the other two at no cost. He assumed he had a warranty as was implied when he got his new teeth, now only to find out that the warranty is not worth the paper it is written on.
