I have to get a crown and insurance isnt covering much for me. However I was able to meet with the financial advisor and helped me set up a plan and get credit approved! They were very helpful in making sure I knew what I was going to have pay and what my insurance was going to cover. The staff is always very friendly the only dentist I have had work done with is Dr. Feilin (not sure spelling) so I cannot speak on the other dentists there but I had a filling come out that was just put in and was able to get in the next day a... read more

I love Dr. and her staff. They are amazing. They are caring and very helpful. I have badgercare and the dentist in cashton who I go to suggested I see another dentist for all my dental work. My teeth were in very poor shape due to my many health issues. The dentist at Aspen gave me a free evaluation and she looked at what cashton recommended and aspen dentist she agreed. I would recommend Aspen Dental in Onalaska, WI for their quality of care at that particular Aspen clinic, and their reasonable prices compared to the rip offs other dentists give in their prices whenever calling around trying to find a dentist to take a poor person, as NO dentist will, HOWEVER, here is the problem I been having: They need better financing options for people who are poor. I can only speak to the experience I had, as a first time visit for a complementary consultation, I was impressed, they were thoughtful and thorough. While being examined they took time to listen to my concerns and the problems I was having with another dental clinic not associated with Aspen.
