Beach front hotel I arrived on Sunday for 4th of July weekend and they couldn't find my name on the booking records. I waited alittle over 10 mins in Line ,in total was around 30 mins, there where only two people working at the counter, when our turn came she told me that they over booked and I would be in another hotel but had to check in at Atlantica Resort. Reservation was wrong service was poor, staff rude to guests.
I will never go back to atlantica Stayed June 29-2. Tower 2 is not close to the main building. The Murphy bed was unmade and no staff willing to bring what was needed to use it. No sheets,blankets,pillows. We ran out of toilet paper and couldn't even get that. Had to call front desk only for rude talk and I was hung up on. I was not being ugly in any way. I just needed sheets. I will never recommend this place or go back. Not worth the money.
Horrendous reservation system Everybody checking in was having some sort of issue with their reservation through the system. Only one person running the front desk was overwhelmed.
Room wasn't ready at check in time, did not have enough towels, bed sheets, housekeeping did not came around at all until the 3rd day we called front desk.

Disappointed I was very disappointed with the condo. Water was dripping from the AC vent, there was hair on the vent near kitchen, could not sleep on the bed because it was sinking. The carpet was sticky.
Nothing Good to say The carpet was sticky, no pillows, blankets for pull out sofa or Murphy bed. The toilet flushed by it self,the stove didn't work and we had to walk to the main building for every thing ,really DON'T understand why its two separate hotels and they only keep the main one clean the other is just a reject. Thank goodness for everything being so close we barely stayed in the room .
