"Customer Service" We came in to the dealership to purchase a new car. Jason and Brad were great, both professional and extremely knowledgeable in their areas of expertise.
"Great Friendly Service Department" Came in for my first service on my Q5. Everyone in the service department are friendly and very accommodating. I was told it would be about 90 minutes for my service and yep I was out of there in 90 minutes. Very accommodating lounge area with plenty of reading materials, snacks and refreshments. Wonderful experience.
"Service review" Had my Q3 serviced due to the recall requirements. I was able to get in a timely manner and have the repairs made. Brian the service tech was very professional and kept me posted on the repairs.
"Helpful & Accomodating" Dee was so helpful & offered to text me with updates, and had solutions to any obstacle I shared. I felt taken care of from start to finish. My car was in pristine condition when I picked it up too!

"5 star 25,000 mile service" I was almost a month overdue on my 25,000 mile service due to my work schedule. Dee was able to fit me in on my one day off. She also provided me with a loaner so I could get things done. And they even finished the service hours ahead of schedule. When finished, my car was spotlessly detailed and I received an in depth review of my car's systems and their statuses.
