"Professional and friendly " Consistency of excellence. The process of dropping off my vehicle and the turn around is first rate. I cannot recall any rework that required returning the car to the service department.
"5 Star Service!" I have had my Audi A8L serviced here for bit over 2 years. I have always walked away feeling well taken care of and that this establishment works hard to earn my business. All service advisors that I have worked with were polite, professional and knowledgeable. In particular, Edward Swift has been just simply fantastic to work with. He is very through and attentive. A true professional through and through. They have my business for many more years to come.
"Q5 purxhase" We worked with Joe Hermes. We knew that we wanted one of the Q series but not sure which size. We also knew that we wanted used. He was responsive and answered all our questions. He gave us several options. We are very happy With our purchase.
