"Great experience" Based on an initial phone call asking if Audi Wilsonville would match a different Audi dealer's special, we found Joe and the rest of the team great to work with, accommodative, and helpful in getting us the car we wanted at the price we wanted.
"Friendly, timely service" I brought my Q5 in for recall work and Selena asked if I wanted my one year check up while I was there. She got me a loaner with very little effort and I was on my way!

"Great service!" Once again Ms. Sanchez in the service department provided excellent customer service. She made it easy to get my car in for a service and I was able to purchase snow tires and have them put on at the same time. She continually makes it easy to take my car in for a service. Thanks Dee!
"Customer Service" We came in to the dealership to purchase a new car. Jason and Brad were great, both professional and extremely knowledgeable in their areas of expertise.
"Great Friendly Service Department" Came in for my first service on my Q5. Everyone in the service department are friendly and very accommodating. I was told it would be about 90 minutes for my service and yep I was out of there in 90 minutes. Very accommodating lounge area with plenty of reading materials, snacks and refreshments. Wonderful experience.
"Service review" Had my Q3 serviced due to the recall requirements. I was able to get in a timely manner and have the repairs made. Brian the service tech was very professional and kept me posted on the repairs.
