I would rate Augustine Landing of five. [name removed] was the gal that I spoke to at A Place For Mom and she sent me to several places but as soon as I saw Augustine Landing, I knew this was going to be my new home. The people here are very pleasant, friendly, helpful the places [name removed] renovated on the inside and they're renovating the outside right now. Everything is nice and clean and I'm in an independent living situation where they come in and clean my apartment once a week and I get all my meals in the dining r... read more

The facility and staff are great. Apartment sizes and amenities offered to residents are good as well. I would recommend Augustine Landing.

The staff is cheerful and helpful. There's a very welcoming atmosphere overall. The grounds and building are kept up and any complaints that I've been aware of are resolved in a timely fashion. I'm quite satisfied with my choice of living here.

I am very pleased with the facility. My backyard is like a well-groomed park, full of birds and squirrels. The food is enjoyable and most of the people are friendly (there's always some who knows it all). Thank you for helping me find this place.

I think it's as good or better than one can expect for the cost. My friend is blessed to be there and she would recommend it to others.

Yes I would recommend it however there is no assisted or memory care available at Augustine Landing which could prove to be problematic for some. We were attracted to them because of the location and price.

The staff - admin, front desk, housekeeping, kitchen, servers and maintenance employees are a true team. My family member was coming from a very different experience in another state and he is truly appreciative of everyone at Augustine Landing. The facility is very clean and grounds are very well maintained. The admin team is very visible, every day. I have spoken to many residents and they are all very content.

They have a high turnover in their staff. No real low sodium menu which is important for seniors. They had a great activities director but she either quit or was let go and they've struggled to get activities back. Mom does have good friends that she enjoys.

My mom has passed away, but we loved Augustine Landing. They have been great. They do a great job with events for the residents. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking.
