He was only there 2 weeks before ending up in rehab. He enjoyed the environment and activities. The staff was nice. But when he fell no one called us. Days later we called to see what the protocol is and she said someone should have called. She also said that all the staff was notified and yet still never called us. My Grandpa is still in rehab 3 weeks later and not single person has called to see if he is alive. I guess because the rent check continues to come. It was clean and the residents seem happy. They have great programs for the residents and a calendar of events that will keep them engaged. The staff are professional caring.

We feel it is very nice and [name removed] was very knowledgeable and friendly. We felt very comfortable with her and some of the people we met. We will keep in on our list but feel like we are not ready for that type of living yet. The meals would be too much for us at this time. We do like eating when we want and like to go out to eat too. The apartments were very nice too and roomy. Thank you to everyone who made the tour enjoyable.

I would rate Augustine Landing of five. [name removed] was the gal that I spoke to at A Place For Mom and she sent me to several places but as soon as I saw Augustine Landing, I knew this was going to be my new home. The people here are very pleasant, friendly, helpful the places [name removed] renovated on the inside and they're renovating the outside right now. The facility and staff are great. Apartment sizes and amenities offered to residents are good as well. I would recommend Augustine Landing.

The staff is cheerful and helpful. There's a very welcoming atmosphere overall. The grounds and building are kept up and any complaints that I've been aware of are resolved in a timely fashion. I'm quite satisfied with my choice of living here.

I am very pleased with the facility. My backyard is like a well-groomed park, full of birds and squirrels. The food is enjoyable and most of the people are friendly (there's always some who knows it all). Thank you for helping me find this place.
