Good location, friendly staff and residents. They all have their challenges. They continue to go through turn over which is concerning. Areas for improvement: Better menu better options, less red meat, more veggies and fruits. Have activities daily and keep everyone involved and entertained. Keeping an activities director in place that will do this. They also could use better house keepers for residents.

I would recommend Augustine Landing but suggest that they offer more outings for the residents. Everyone I have spoken with has been very positive and helpful.

It was nice that there was always someone at the front desk entry . Most were pleasant. A few seemed bothered to at their job, overall it was a decent place though! It is a great price and location.

My loved one got kicked out. I don't blame the facility however but our experience was a little tainted. I would recommend it to well behaving adults.

Items: 1, 2, 3 are a 4 collectively. Item 4 is not relevant due to the nature of our population "independent living" however, the staff is very aware of all resident's weaknesses or challenges and try to stay cognizant of their needs. Rate this as a 5. Item 5 is somewhat different there are quite a few times that food items shown on the menu are not available or are in short supply and run out during a meal. I chose Augustine Landing mainly because of price and size of facility. I didn't want to be in a large place. After a period of adjustment, I find myself very happy and content to be here. I am happy with my studio apartment. It is comfortable and cozy. The residents are interesting and friendly. I feel very much at home and happy. I like that it is an independent facility and I can come and go whenever I choose. Outside food is easily delivered and all other deliveries as well.

They fell short on the meals. My mom has an Ostomy bag and food allergies and her meals were always an issue. We were told that [name removed] the chef would work with her but that never happened. Do to staff turn over her meal request we're never logged or taken correctly. The only person that was of help to her was [name removed] when she worked. It would be a nice place for a senior not requiring special meals and a time schedule when it comes to eating.

this is a very good place to stay. The staff and residents her are very friendly and will go out of their way to help you out. The actives here are very nice. There is porker, Bingo and the game left, right, center. and many other things to do. On Thursday they always have happy hour
